Your information as mentioned above will be processed in accordance with this privacy policy. When you place an order via this website we will store your e-mail address along with any other information you may provide. When you use the services on the website, we may need to collect further information about you. This information may include, but is not limited to, details such as your name, address and phone number.

We will use your information for fulfilling orders placed by you, processing any other transactions authorised or made by you with us. We will also have to use this information in our accounts. As by law this information will be held for 7 years, which it will then be deleted at our end of year in the march following your order. If you have placed several orders your details will be held in our accounts until the last order has reached 7 years. As of the 25th March '18, you will be able to delete your account (if you have set one up) if you want to, but your previous orders will still be held, due to our accounts for 7 years.

Your details are in our accounts system that is password locked as is the computer, which at the end of the working day is locked away in a locked unit along with any printed invoices. If your orders are sent out by Royal Mail your name and address will be held in the book until 1 month after the book it is full, when it will then be shredded incase of lost orders. Orders sent out by courier will be saved for 1 month incase there is an issue with delivery or lost parcels. In the case of lost orders your details will be sent to the courier company or Royal mail to prove the none delivery of your order.

If you have signed up to our email list you are able to unsubscribe at anytime. Please email us, or unsubscribe when you receive one of our emails. Emails are only sent when we feel we need to update our customers and send out any offers we have running. You are entitled to ask what information we store about you and it will be the information that you have provided us with when placing an order. This will include name, address / work address, email and some times phone numbers. All customers have the right to complain to the ICO if they think there is a problem in how we are dealing with their information.

In the unlikely event that a liquidator, administrator or receiver is appointed over us or all or any part of our assets that insolvency practitioner may transfer your information to a third party purchaser of the business provided that purchaser undertakes to use your information for the same purposes as set out in this policy. Your information will not be disclosed to government or local authorities or other government institutions save as required by law or other binding regulations. We do not pass your information on to third parties

We may send a small file to your computer when you visit our website. This will enable us to identify your computer, track your behaviour on our website and to identify your particular areas of interest so as to enhance your future visits to this website.
