Today is a fast society where many people do not have time to think about what they are eating and for so many it is about eating on the go.
My grandparents used to say to me 'You are what you eat' and so nutrition is the most important issue. The problem that has developed over recent years is that quick food has taken over so many peoples diets and as a result many health issues and diseases start to develop from poor nutrition. Today there is an increase in heart disease, allergies, obesity, some types of cancer and diabetes.
Our body is our temple and is our vehicle through life and as Hippocrates said:
'Food will be your medicine and medicine will be your food'.
Each individual has the choice to decide how to fuel our temple and take the risks on our health.
