Thought I'd take this blog to remind everyone about some amazing things about UCAN…


Because of the size of the UCAN molecule it results in low preasure in the gut (GI distress), and slow absorption - which we know blunts insulin and blood sugar spikes. 

It provides extended maintenance of blood glucose  (no dips in energy or light headed, fuzzy feeling), while enhancing the breakdown and oxidation of fat during exercise, and for a hour or so after exercising.

Another advantage of UCAN is that not only is it fueling your muscles during workout but regular use (scoop/packet or two a day) improves body composition.


Consuming UCAN after exercising also promotes greater use of fat during recovery.


So all in all pretty amazing stuff :oD
