I have been competing in triathlon for 5 years, taking the past 3 years more seriously where I raced in the ITU Worlds in Chicago in 2015 and taken several age-group podiums at Ironman 70.3 events in 2017.
I initially started using UCAN as advised by a nutritionist in the States and found that I was not getting highs and lows associated with gels.

Having increased my distance from Standard triathlons to 70.3 I have found that UCAN has again benefited me in getting me through the long bike and run and ensuring I am fully fuelled.

However, it is also a large part of my training so my body is used to it for race day. I also often use it prior to early morning sessions where it is too difficult to get food in 2 hours before training and find that this does not sit heavy in the stomach and can get a good session done whilst not feeling hungry.

Having had such a success with UCAN products I would highly advocate to any athlete to maintain constant energy  levels to see you to the end of a race.
