I found this and thought it might help some of you as it has helped me:


Cravings for:

Sweet things – need more potassium (need to balance with salt)

Starch – need more B1

Salty things – buffers ph and helps breathing (electrolyte – helps cramp, along with potassium)

Fat – need more bile, liver

Chocolate – need more magnesium

Sour / lemons – need more choline (get it in lemons)

Ice – need more iron

Caffeine – need more phenylprisitan (caffeine also depletes calcium and B1)

Alcohol – cumbocha tea will fix, need more bile for your tummy

Hungry all the time – need more bile to help you digest your food and get all the nutrients you need
